during business hours for assistance.
Before you apply for the establishment of the Equiti Warrant Trust, you must have:
- Properly established your SMSF (via the SMSF Application Form);
- Arranged for the transfer of sufficient funds into your SMSF cheque account;
- Registered your Trustee Company (via the Company Application Form);
- Selected and secured your desired investment property on a ‘subject to finance’ basis.
Only once you have completed the above, will you be ready to create your Equiti Warrant Trust structure via a simple two-step process.
